Atrans is a native water lily found in Australia and it is referred under subgenus Anepchya, also called as Australian Large Seeds Tropical. Australian Tropical can grow very large, just like Tropical Night bloomer, also this are intermediate level plants so we wont recommend to beginners as this requires some skill and patience. The flower of Atrans is white on first day and it changes to pink by day 4 so it gives an impression of giving two different color flower. The flowers will bloom way above the water surface and if provide space it can tend to be very large. We recommend a minimum of 2 feet diameter or more wider pot with 18 inch to 2 feet deep. It will stand out if grown in a large pond
