Delivery Information

All the products are live plants or plant materials (such as tubers , corms or seeds ) as mentioned against each . Utmost care will be taken in packing,  to preserve live materials to ensure that it reach you safely. All orders are subject to product availability.

Shipping

Orders received will be shipped on every Monday and Friday . Generally it takes 4 to 6 working days to get the product delivered. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments to reach you safe and sound.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us immediately with photographs to validate your claim.
